Maltexco acquired 100% of the shares of the company Agro Inversiones SA.

On September 7, 2011, Maltexco acquired 100% of the shares of the company Agro Inversiones SA. Agro Inversiones has a Malting Plant located in the city of Coronel and a Store Plant of barley and seed selection in the town of Cajón (next to Temuco).
